On February 5, 2025, blood donation events at TEM in collaboration with the National Blood Center (NBC). This is the 4th time it has been held here. I have also been involved in this meaningful event, and the experience has been rewarding and inspiring. This program was part of TEM’s ongoing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities, which aim to give back to the community and support vital causes such as healthcare.

A total of 68 employees and family members participated but after filtering by the medical officer, only 56 were successfully donated. Overall, the turnout was impressive, showing the strong commitment and willingness of our colleagues to contribute to such an important cause.

Being part of this blood donation initiative has given me a sense of pride and strengthened my belief in the importance of giving back to the community. It reminds me that small acts of kindness can have a ripple effect, making a big difference in someone’s life. I feel fortunate to be part of a company that encourages such positive actions and fosters a culture of giving. I look forward to continuing to support future blood donation drives and hope that more employees will come forwards
